With over 20 years as a nurse leader in critical care and clinical education, my aesthetic practice reflects clinical mastery, sound judgment, and principled care. That educator mindset shapes every recommendation I make. I believe patients deserve to understand their options and their anatomy, free from pressure or trend-driven influence.
My training includes advanced injector intensives, anatomy-focused masterclasses, mentorships, and ongoing education with respected leaders in aesthetic medicine, ensuring my standard of care remains current, evidence-informed, and continually evolving. As I complete my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree, my perspective continues to deepen, reinforcing the connection between inner well-being and outer expression. True aesthetic care honors both.

My love for all things beauty began long before it became my life’s work. Beauty is something I have studied and practiced for years. It is a discipline rooted in consistency, self-respect, and a refined eye for balance, symmetry, and contour. Dr. Elizabeth Hughes is a board-certified dermatologist with 25+ years of clinical experience, blending her expertise in dermatology with a passion for aesthetic medicine.
For the past five years, she has specialized in fillers and neurotoxins, helping patients achieve natural, refined results. Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Hughes has served as a medical director for over five years, guiding RNs, PAs, and NPs while elevating standards of care in independent aesthetic practices. She also brings extensive leadership experience as a collaborating dermatologist for rural clinics and as a medical and laboratory director of a plasma donation center. With her dedication to patient safety, education, and innovation, Dr. Hughes stands out as a trusted leader committed to advancing the field of aesthetics and dermatology.
